paul mayerowitz - 9/2/2008 11:51:26 AM A high and narrow speed bump could cause front end damage at 25 mpg whereas a wide and low speed hump can easily be traversed at 25 mph.

Are there any published statistics as to what to use for varius speed requirements?

Craig Timothy, - 4/14/2009 10:47:51 AM Paul the Institute of Traffic Engineers studies have found that a 3" to 4" speed hump or table is effective in safely slowing down traffic on residential streets. You can find out more about their findings on their website www.ITE.org

We also have the results of traffic studies that we can share with you.

Please contact us at (801)-712-9010.

Thanks,
